Mild skin irritation may occur as an allergic response to using TENS pads. We use hypoallergenic pads to reduce to this. However, if you are experiencing skin irritation we advise that you should stop using your device and seek advice from your doctor.

Our gel pads usually last anywhere between 20-30 uses. We do recommend they are changed when they are no longer sticky (usually after 2 months).
